Who's behind Side Gig Wire, how we make money, and how we label it.
Our publisher and SendingRight
Side Gig Wire is published by Byte Foundry. Byte Foundry also makes SendingRight, the email and newsletter software we use to run this newsletter. That’s why you’ll see SendingRight in sponsor slots, in sponsored posts, and in the “Newsletter built with SendingRight” credit at the bottom of every page. When an article mentions SendingRight, the article says we’re connected to it.
Sponsored content
Sponsored posts and placements are always labelled “Sponsored” or “Sponsor”: on the site, in the newsletter and in our RSS feed. Links in sponsored content are marked as sponsored for search engines.
Referral links
If we ever earn a referral or affiliate fee from a link, we’ll say so next to the link.
Pro
Side Gig Wire Pro is our optional paid tier. Paying for Pro doesn’t change what we write about anything else.
